In the 1970’s Coca Cola bottles could be brought to the store and redeemed for a dime. As a youngster that only meant I had a dime in my pocket. However it meant something else for the bottle. The bottle was returned to the bottling company, cleaned, washed, refilled, and sent to the supermarket. It was again what it was created to be.

The bottle can either become trash or be redeemed, it has no choice. We have a choice. Christ paid the price to redeem you, but what exactly does that mean?
